Five steps, one buyer-side process.

The same process runs behind every service, whether you need a new supplier found or an existing one checked.

1 — Tell us what you need

Send the product, quantity, destination and any specifications. If you have a target price or delivery date, include them. A photo or spec sheet removes a lot of back-and-forth.
2 — We search

We search China-side sources and industry contacts, not just marketplace search results. The goal is a candidate pool that is wide enough to be useful and relevant enough to be checkable.
3 — We shortlist

We screen out trading companies posing as factories, candidates whose capability does not match your requirement, and suppliers with obvious risk signals.
4 — You compare

You receive a shortlist with the differences that matter and the questions worth asking each candidate. We tell you what we could not verify, too.
5 — You decide

You choose who to negotiate with. If you want more certainty, we move to verification or an on-site audit. The decision stays yours throughout.
