Why we work buyer-side
Most of the information a buyer sees about a Chinese supplier was written to sell. Listings are polished, translations are loose, and the company behind the profile is often a trading company rather than a factory.
We take the other side of that transaction. We are paid by the buyer, we work in the buyer’s interest, and we do not accept commissions or referral fees from factories — because the moment we do, our advice stops being worth paying for.
We work from China, in Chinese, with access to China-side sources and records that a buyer sitting overseas cannot easily reach. That is the entire point of the service.
